Let your eyes look forward; fix your gaze straight ahead. Carefully consider the path for your feet, and all your ways will be established. - Proverbs 4:25-26
“Be very strong and continue obeying all that is written in the book of the law of Moses, so that you do not turn from it to the right or left. - Joshua 23:6
When the days were coming to a close for Him to be taken up, He determined to journey to Jerusalem.—Luke 9:51
So we do not focus on what is seen, but on what is unseen. For what is seen is temporary, but what is unseen is eternal. - 2 Corinthians 4:18
Commit. Be focused. Be determined.
Jesus has called us. He's told us to 'Go', equipping us fully to win the eternal crown of glory set before us.
We were made for this race. Run straight ahead; eyes fixed on the prize; mind and body trained in the way of righteousness and endurance.
We're called to build ourselves up in the ways of God. Harness all our physical strength and all of our mind into discipline that moves us steady, strong, and forward to the appointed places and times God has set aside to reveal His glory.
Speak. Preach. Make Disciples. Baptize. Feed, clothe, shelter, and comfort the needy.
The race is on! Delay no further. Run well and receive your crown, my friends:
Don’t you know that the runners in a stadium all race, but only one receives the prize? Run in such a way to win the prize. Now everyone who competes exercises self-control in everything. However, they do it to receive a crown that will fade away, but we a crown that will never fade away. Therefore, I do not run like one who runs aimlessly or box like one beating the air. Instead, I discipline my body and bring it under strict control, so that after preaching to others, I myself will not be disqualified. - 1 Corinthians 9:24-27
